How Do I Update My Payment Details?

Keeping your payment details up to date ensures your payouts are processed smoothly.

Steps to Update​

  1. Log into your Affiliate Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Account Settings → Payment Details
  3. Update your banking information or PayPal email
  4. Notify your Account Manager so they can verify the changes before the next cycle

Important Notes​

  • Always double-check that your details match your invoice and documents
  • Verification may be required (e.g., new bank confirmation letter for EFT)
  • Incorrect or outdated details can cause delays in payouts

If you’re switching banks or payment methods, update your details before the 20th of the month to avoid disruption in that cycle’s payout.
