What If There’s an Error on My Invoice?

Affiliate.co.za can only process invoices that are correct and complete.
If your invoice contains mistakes, it may cause a payment delay.


Common Errors That Cause Delays

  • Missing or incorrect VAT details
  • Wrong invoice amount
  • Incorrect or outdated banking details

What Happens If There’s an Error?

  • Our team will contact you and ask for a corrected invoice
  • If the corrected invoice is submitted before the 5th of the new month, it will still be processed in the current cycle
  • If it arrives after the 5th, your payment will roll over into the next cycle

Late corrections (after the 5th) mean your payment can only be processed the following month.


How to Avoid Issues

  • Double-check your VAT info, amounts, and banking details before submission
  • Submit your invoice on time, ideally well before the deadline
