What Documents Do I Need to Get Paid?
Before Affiliate.co.za can send your first payment, you’ll need to provide the required documents.
This ensures compliance and prevents payout delays.
Required Documents (South Africa)
- Valid tax/VAT invoice (if applicable)
- Proof of banking - bank confirmation letter
- Company registration documents or ID (for individuals/sole props)
- VAT registration certificate (only if you are VAT registered)

Send clear, legible PDFs. Make sure entity names and bank details match across your documents.
Required Documents (International Affiliates)
- Valid invoice emailed by the 22nd of the month (required for wire transfers)
- For PayPal payouts - save your PayPal email in your account settings (no invoice needed)

International wires are paid in USD. PayPal is typically faster, while wires may suit higher-volume payouts.
