What Documents Do I Need to Get Paid?

Before Affiliate.co.za can send your first payment, you’ll need to provide the required documents.
This ensures compliance and prevents payout delays.


Required Documents (South Africa)

  • Valid tax/VAT invoice (if applicable)
  • Proof of banking - bank confirmation letter
  • Company registration documents or ID (for individuals/sole props)
  • VAT registration certificate (only if you are VAT registered)

Send clear, legible PDFs. Make sure entity names and bank details match across your documents.


Required Documents (International Affiliates)

  • Valid invoice emailed by the 22nd of the month (required for wire transfers)
  • For PayPal payouts - save your PayPal email in your account settings (no invoice needed)
note

International wires are paid in USD. PayPal is typically faster, while wires may suit higher-volume payouts.

Avoid Delays

  • Submit documents before your first payout cycle
  • Double-check: legal entity name, VAT numbers, and bank account details
  • For international wires - send your invoice by the 22nd
