What Can I Do to Solve My Login/Password Reset Issue?
If you cannot log in to your account, follow these steps:
1. Use the Forgot Password Option
- On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”.
- Enter your registered email address.

Always use the same email you registered with — using a different one won’t trigger a reset link.
2. Check Your Inbox
- Look for the reset link sent to your email.
- Be sure to also check your spam/junk folder.

If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, add accounts@affiliate.co.za to your safe sender list and try again.
3. Still Can’t Access Your Account?
If you still cannot log in after resetting your password:
- Email accounts@affiliate.co.za for assistance.
- Provide details like your registered email and any error messages.
