How Do I Close My Account?

If you wish to close your Affiliate.co.za account, follow these steps:

1. Send a Closure Request​

Email accounts@affiliate.co.za with your account closure request.

Use your registered email address when submitting the request — this speeds up verification.

2. Process Pending Invoices​

Before closure, ensure all pending invoices have been processed and settled.

note

Outstanding payments must be cleared before your account can be permanently closed.

3. Account Closure​

Once closed:

  • You will no longer have access to your dashboard.
  • Your payment history will no longer be available.
